Replacing faulty circuit board
I just got off the phone with Davis Technical Support regarding my humidity sensor (it has been stuck for something like 3 months).
It turns out that I likely have a faulty circuit board which caused the humidity sensor to fail. They are shipping out a replacement board, and I will be installing it on Sunday.
Weather stats will be unavailable during this time (probably will take me most of the morning).
P.S. Talking to Davis Technical Support was probably the best support experience I've ever had -- the guy was very knowledgeable, helpful, and offered to ship several replacement components just in case it wasn't the board, but rather the sensor itself. I'm glad I bought the Vantage Pro unit, and I highly recommend it...
